01Who we are

Vahin Associates is an automotive tyre and car care business operating in Kota, Rajasthan since 1970. We sell and fit tyres, batteries, alloy wheels and accessories, and provide services including computerised wheel alignment, wheel balancing, tyre rotation, puncture repair, nitrogen filling and doorstep pickup & drop.

02Bookings

• Service slots booked online are requests until we confirm them (by WhatsApp, SMS or call).
• Please provide accurate contact, vehicle and location details — wrong details may delay or cancel a booking.
• We operate Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–7 PM IST; Sundays closed.

03Doorstep pickup & drop

• Flat fares by straight-line distance from our workshop: ₹450 within 5 km, ₹800 within 5–10 km, quoted before you confirm. Beyond 10 km we quote individually.
• The fare covers the round trip (pickup, and drop after service); the cost of the service itself is billed separately on a GST invoice.
• Your vehicle is driven with care by our staff and its condition is video-documented at pickup. It remains insured under your own vehicle insurance while in transit; our liability is limited as set out below.
• We aim for same-day return within Kota city limits; timing can vary with workload and parts availability, and we keep you informed on WhatsApp.

04VA Care memberships

• Membership tiers, benefits, prices and durations (3, 6 or 12 months) are listed on the Plans page; the price shown at purchase is final and inclusive of listed benefits.
• A membership covers one car (identified by registration number) and is not transferable between vehicles or owners.
• Membership starts on the date of payment and runs for the purchased duration.
• 'Unlimited' benefits are subject to fair personal use on the covered car — commercial or fleet use requires a separate arrangement.
• Benefits must be availed at our workshop (or via pickup & drop where the tier includes it) during business hours.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

05Pricing & payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees. Services and goods attract GST, and every payment is documented with a GST invoice.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). We also accept UPI and cash at the workshop.
• Displayed membership prices may show a struck-through list price and a discounted offer price; the offer price is what you pay.
• Quotes for repairs are estimates until the vehicle is inspected; we confirm any change with you before doing extra work.

06Warranties

• Tyres, batteries and parts carry their manufacturer's warranty; we assist you with claims but the warranty decision rests with the manufacturer.
• Our workmanship: if a service we performed is found defective within 7 days, we will redo it free of charge.
• Normal wear, road damage, punctures after service, and faults from misuse or accidents are not covered.

07Our liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service, membership or pickup is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific service or membership period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of use or earnings). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

08Your obligations

• Provide true and complete information when booking or purchasing.
• Ensure the vehicle presented is yours or that you are authorised to hand it over for service.
• Collect your vehicle within 3 days of being notified that it is ready — extended storage may attract a reasonable charge.

09Website & intellectual property

The content of vahinassociates.com — text, images, logos and the Vahin Associates name — belongs to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. We may update the website, prices and these terms at any time; changes apply from the moment they are published on this page.

10Communications

By sharing your mobile number you consent to receiving service-related messages (confirmations, invoices, reminders) on WhatsApp and SMS. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting us; service-essential messages (like invoices for work you ordered) continue.

11Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kota, Rajasthan. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues are resolved with one conversation.
