Shipping & Delivery Policy

01No courier shipping

• We do not ship tyres, batteries or any products by courier or post, and we do not deliver outside our service area.
• Every product we sell is fitted and handed over in person — either at the workshop or via our pickup & drop service.

02In-store fulfilment

• Tyres, batteries, alloy wheels and accessories purchased from us are fitted at our workshop in Kota, usually the same day, while you wait.
• If a size or brand has to be arranged from a supplier, we tell you the expected date before you pay; typical arrangement time is 1–3 business days.
• Products are handed over only after fitting and checking — you leave with the work done, not with a parcel.

03Doorstep pickup & drop

• Within Kota, our own driver can pick your vehicle up, bring it to the workshop, and return it after service — see the Pick & Drop page for zones and fares.
• Pickup slots are agreed with you on WhatsApp or phone; the vehicle is normally returned the same day, and we tell you before pickup if the job needs longer.
• The pickup fare (if any) is shown before you confirm; there are no hidden delivery charges.

04Digital delivery

• Invoices, payment receipts and service videos are delivered digitally on WhatsApp and by link, at no charge, normally within minutes of the job closing.
• VA Care memberships activate digitally on the day of purchase — there is nothing physical to deliver.

05Delays & questions

If an arranged product is delayed beyond the date we promised, you may cancel for a full refund of any advance paid (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).
