01Information we collect

We collect only what we need to serve you:

• Contact details — your name, mobile number and (optionally) email address, when you book a service, request a pickup, enquire about a membership or walk into the workshop.
• Vehicle details — registration number, make/model and service history, so we can maintain accurate job cards and invoices.
• Location — a GPS pin you choose to share when booking a doorstep pickup, used only so our driver can reach you and to quote the correct pickup fare.
• Service records — invoices (with GST details), payments received, and photos/videos of your vehicle taken during service as condition evidence.
• Messages — records of service-related WhatsApp/SMS messages we send you, and messages you send to our business WhatsApp number.
• Basic technical data — pages visited and device/browser type, used in aggregate to keep the website working well. We do not run invasive tracking or sell advertising data.

02How we use your information

• To provide services: bookings, doorstep pickup and drop, job cards, GST invoices and membership benefits.
• To communicate with you about your vehicle: booking confirmations, service updates, invoices, payment confirmations and service-due reminders — primarily on WhatsApp and SMS.
• To send occasional festival greetings or offers. You can opt out any time by replying STOP or contacting us.
• To keep records required by tax and accounting law.
• To improve our services and prevent fraud or misuse.

03Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, an RBI-regulated payment aggregator. Your card, UPI or netbanking credentials are collected and processed by Razorpay on their secure systems — we never see or store your card numbers, CVV or UPI PIN. Razorpay's handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policy at razorpay.com.

04Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent needed:

• Razorpay — to process payments and refunds.
• Meta (WhatsApp Business) — to deliver service messages to your WhatsApp number.
• Our infrastructure providers (website hosting, database, and secure file storage) — who store data on our behalf under their security controls.
• Government or regulatory authorities — if required by law, court order or tax rules.

05How long we keep it

• Invoices and payment records — retained as required by Indian tax law (currently up to 8 years).
• Vehicle service videos and photos — retained for up to 180 days, then deleted automatically.
• Booking and enquiry records — retained while you remain our customer, so your service history stays useful to you.

06Your rights

You may ask us at any time to view the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (except records we must keep by law). Contact us using the details below — we will act on verified requests within 30 days.

07Security

Your data is stored on access-controlled, encrypted systems. Payment credentials never touch our servers. Access within our team is limited to staff who need it to serve you. No internet transmission is ever perfectly secure, but we follow industry-standard practices to protect your information.

08Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed for the website to function (for example, keeping the owner's admin session signed in). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The 'Last updated' date above always reflects the current version, and continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated policy.

10Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kota, Rajasthan.
